Can I exchange the article I ordered online?
Once the order has been placed it cannot be exchanged if the shipment process has completed. However you can send us request on our whatsapp number if the order is still not shipped by us.

Can I cancel my order?
We can only cancel your order if we get cancellation request within 24 hours of your order placement.
We can only cancel your order if it still not goes for shipment by us.
How many working days are required for completion of my order?
3-5 working are required for completion of your order. However if we have load of orders or any courier service issue your order may get little delay.

Can I open the parcel at the time of delivery?
You cannot open the parcel before the delivery of cash to the courier team. In case of any defected item you may contact us via our provided contact numbers or by mailing us at mfcollection.pk.
If I received any defected item, what should I do?
If you found any faulty or defected item you can quest us for refund or replacement. We will replace or refund you against your lodge complaint. You need to inform us within 48 hours if defected item has dispatched to you.
